Broadcatching (Continued)
Jason Calcanis has some links on his blog to RSS feeds at Supernova.
In my previous post on this subject, I linked to a piece that described RSS + Bit Torrents as Broadcatching. I like that term.
However, I think to make this stuff really powerful, we need to make this broadcatching stuff more automatic. The only issue is disk space.

Well, I think that the many issue with people's hard drive space has been a matter of the hurdle of having to open the box and put a new one in (and the fear of loosing data).
As people get computers with FireWire and loose their fear of "plugging in" a drive (like Mac people do) the storage issue will start to go away.
I have a highspeed 250 gig hard drive right now, and I'm thinking about getting that external 1,000 gig drive from Lacie just to have a "catching" drive. That drive is like $1,000 right now, I think that is high on a per gig basis ($1 per gig), but it is nice looking. :-)
