Eminem is certainly one of the most talented musical artists working today and his most recent effort, Encore, has been in heavy rotation this past week.

I think its another excellent effort from Marshall Mathers, aka Slim Shady, aka Eminem.  He's got Dr Dre producing again and help from 50 Cent and others.

If you like Eminem, you should get this record.

Just heard an amazing track off the album - "Like Toy Soldiers", which samples the transcendant "Toy Soldiers", a one-hit wonder for Martika in the 80's. Em has, among other considerable talents, the ability to choose great work to sample (Dream On by Aerosmith, Thank You by Dido, even himself.). All in all, the lyrics on "Encore" are clever, irreverent, inspired and intelligent. If you have a taste for all of the above, definitely give this CD a spin.

I just heard his interview on yahoo, I'm 23 years old and I have to say I agree 100% on everything he said. Parents thinks kids are to young to hear that music. My mom was the same way. Kids know the difference between humorous and serious rap. Tommorow I'm goin out to buy Encore. Night.
