A Dialog Instead of A Diary
2115 Posts, 12,181 comments, and 2206 trackbacks
That's what TypePad tells me about the 29 months that I've been blogging.
So that's 2.4 posts per day.
And 5.8 comments per post.
And about one trackback per post.
The comments per post number is the most gratifying. I truly appreciate every comment that isn't spam, no matter what it says. If this was just my thoughts it would be kind of boring.
The comments, the trackbacks, and the links (which TypePad doesn't measure but are probably around 6,000) are what keep me going.
So thanks for making this a dialog instead of diary.

I wish you'd chime into the comments more often... so it's more of a "conversation".

good point. i tend to blog in the early mornings and then leave the blog alone most of the day and return to it at night or the next morning so it's hard to weigh in when the conversation is happening.
that said, i'll try to weigh in more, like i just did!
