Google Spreadsheets
This is cool. The spreadsheet has always been my favorite desktop app (other than a browser). There is a reason they are known as fredsheets around the office!

This new app has incredible potential. I think it will be extremely useful in the context of work teams reviewing models together and making small changes in real-time. I doubt that it would be practical to build a complex model together with other people.
One draw-back (which I already mentioned to my Product Manager buddy at Google!)is that you can't reference other cells using the keyboard arrow keys. This makes it difficult for "mouse-less" spreadsheet building, which is a practice most Excel jockeys employ. Nevertheless, I'm excited about this new tool. Google just keeps pumping out cool stuff.
