1000 Members!
I remember when I passed the 100 member mark on my MyBlogLog community. I thought that was big.
Today I passed the 1000 member mark.
Kiltak was member number 1000.
It's great that so many people have opted to join the AVC community.
I hope it's doing it job, connecting readers and helping people meet others and find new blogs to read.

I've actually developed a couple of online friendships through your blog. In every instance, it was because the person loved or hated a comment I made and checked out my blog, which is terrible :)
Honestly, I haven't yet figured out what mybloglog is good for, except for putting a face to a comment (which is HUGE!).
Their pages are so useless that I really wish that clicking on a person's face just took me directly to that person's blog, instead of to their mybloglog page, then to their blog's community page, then to the blog I wanted to see.
Don't get me wrong---I like mybloglog...I'm just not sure why! :)

You should pass out prizes at every milestone...free shopping free or something.
Or better yet..the first 1000 people get a mp3 player, the 2nd 1000 people get an e-card. Very fair.
Just don't forget about us originals Mr. Big Shot.

"I hope it's doing it job"
That job is to provide you and other bloggers better stats on your readers. The rest was just the honey to attract us bees. Their social networking features are very poor and offer lil' value other than simple connect and a poor messaging system. If they had combined a Co-Comment capability w/it, that would have been really nice, and menu of discussion forums of sorts. But right now, it's pure blog fandom w/a very useful analytics back-end for sites. Other than that, I've seen lil' to no use for it.
