Arcade Fire Blues

Getting shut out of five landmark shows next wek at Judson Church, less than five blocks from my home, is hard to take. So I'll just post this video from Rock The Seine last summer. The song is called No Cars Go, one of my favorites from the new album, Neon Bible.

is their first album as excellent as this cut?

here's the question - would you pay to see it a few days later in a youtube-like video streamer - a la Baeble?

and maybe in the future Baeble will start doing pay per view real-time footage. how cool would that be?

"No Cars Go" was one of my favorites from their EP. I like the new take on it they included in "Neon Bible." Still, I think my favorite track from the new album is "Keep the Car Running" - just can't get enough of that song.

I am so impressed you are a fan. They are original!

phenomenal vid. thanks fred, sorry you got shut out. hopefully AF will be around for years so that we all have many more chances to go see them. like #5 said-- they are truly original. and truly freakin' awesome.

Was shut out of the 5 Montreal shows as well. I understand the pain... Reviews were incredible!

I heard rumors that they were selling limited regular priced tickets at the door for the first two shows...

Rumor is true. They are selling tickets at the door. Talked to a guy who got some tonight, said he got there at seven.

Show was absolutely amazing, lives up to the hype.

Doctor Neddy has full review including encore on YouTube that he recorded from ten feet away.
