Sick As A Dog

The Gotham Gal has had the bronchial flu for the past three days and I've got it now.

It sucks.

Go to a health store and get some Colloidal Silver. Better still, get your own CS generator, ie from http://www.sotainstruments.com/products_silver_pulser.asp

I've been using a simple one for years. Whenever I feel it coming, I make a batch, drink it, and see it vanish within days without the flu or throat infection standing a chance.

Colloidal Silver, like Kombucha Tea and Food-grade Hydrogen Peroxide are godsends. Cheap, effective, no side effects, and extremely versatile.

You will probably get a ton of this kind of stuff, but as one who has had what both of you have right now, I can tell you that steam, inhaled directly does wonders to provide comfort and help loosen up the bronchial tubes.

I had it in Florida over vacation. It sucked. Little you can do except take Nyquil to help you sleep.

And don't make the mistake I made, which was to try to work out the day I felt a little better. That set me back a week.

I hope y'all feel better soon. This battle was recently fought over here in Vienna, too.

You may recall that I recently wished for a service / company on your blog that would be the uber-mashup maker for RSS/Syndicated feeds. It woudl be like Apple Mac OS X's Automator, but worth with data feeds, allow you to combine them, and then output results.

honestly i found it a little bit hilarious/adorable that you managed to get a link to the gotham gal in that post...

i was just imagining you struggling in the face of the flu...

"must...write code for...gotham gal link...links drive the web...arrrgh"

also, if i may prescribe a little "sick in bed" listening: tim sparks tanz. it's on rhapsody. beautiful, delicate jewish diaspora songs on acoustic guitar with acoustic bass and very light percussion. it's amazingly peaceful and meditative.

take two listens and email me in the morning ;-)
